Johnny joined Philanthropy Australia as the Program Officer in June 2021 and then became National Events Manager in January 2022.

Before oining Philanthropy Australia, Johnny spent 3 years at AusBiotech, a national peak body for life sciences, as Events Manager, and organised a broad range of events and activities, including the flagship national conference. He has over 10 years’ experience in event management and marketing across different industries in both Australia and China.

Johnny holds an MBA degree from the University of Canberra. He moved to Melbourne with his family in 2012 and has been enjoying life with his wife and young daughter in the brilliant city ever since.
