Jo’s trailblazing spirit is evident in her pivotal role in establishing the Paul Ramsay Foundation. Under her guidance, the foundation evolved from a billion-dollar start-up into a progressive trust based institution. Currently serving as the inaugural CEO of the Siddle Family Foundation, Executive Chair of the Pay What It Takes Coalition and co-founder of PRISM, these ground-breaking ventures combine Jo’s entrepreneurial acumen with a fervent desire to unlock resources to amplify the impact of for-purpose organisations focused on Australia’s greatest challenges.
