Following hot on the heels of the release of the draft program for the 2024 Philanthropy Australia Conference, comes the evolving side events schedule.

Side events take place before, after and during the Conference key days of 5-7 August.

Highlights include a pre-Conference tour of Kangaroo Island for funders, a tour of Ngutu College and a post-Conference field trip to the spectacular Coorong.

For Philanthropy Australia funder members there are a selection of peer network meetings and breakfasts.

For all delegates and networking, there’s the included Welcome Drinks on Monday 5 August at the Adelaide Convention Centre and the ticketed Conference Dinner on Tuesday 6 August.

Arrive early and stay on. Seize the opportunity to explore Adelaide and South Australia and learn about philanthropic opportunities in the state.

Arrange a visit to a local not-for-profit or breakfast at an Adelaide social enterprise café.

Visit the nearby wine regions (Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley) or have a restful break at Mount Lofty.

Explore Adelaide from the Central Markets, to the Art Gallery of SA or attend a performance of Chicago the Musical.

Return home inspired and energised!
