Philanthropy Australia Board nominations are open until 19 March 2023
Philanthropy Australia invites Board nominations from current members. Nominations can be made until 5pm (AEDT) on 19 March 2023. Our Annual General Meeting is to be held on 24 May 2023.
In line with the Board Charter and Governance documents, we are seeking nominees who have skills/experience in accounting/finance, IT and digital transformation, government relations (policy and process).
We encourage philanthropists, culturally and linguistically diverse people and First Nations people to nominate for a position on the Board.
There are 4 positions to be filled with 3 Directors re-nominating (Amanda Miller OAM, Kirsty Allen, Jon Cheung) and 1 Director retiring. We like to thank Joe Skrzynski AO for his service on the Philanthropy Australia Board and philanthropy in general.
Active, Engaged, Impact and New Gen members have full voting rights and can be nominated and elected to the Board of Directors (Membership Policy).
Nominees are strongly encouraged to speak with the Co-chair, Lisa George, prior to submitting a nomination to assist with questions, background or any other information that might be helpful.
Nomination forms must be submitted to Gavin Ryan at [email protected] no later than 5pm (AEDT), 19 March 2023.
