The Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at QUT has recently released reports analysing the 2021-22 Australian Tax Office data on tax-deductible donations. In 2021-22, the total amount donated and claimed as tax-deductible donations was $4.55 billion (compared to $4.39 billion in 2020–21). |

Social Traders yesterday launched their inaugural Report on Identified Social Enterprise (RISE). The report reveals that half of the estimated 12,000 social enterprises contribute $16 billion to the economy annually. What’s more, social enterprises are also directly investing $5.7bn every year on delivering impact to communities. | |
