FRRR has multiple grants open including the Strengthening Rural Communities (SRC) program which gives small remote, rural and regional communities across Australia the opportunity to access funds for a broad range of initiatives that directly and clearly benefit local communities. The ABC Heywire Youth Innovation grants help communities take action on the ideas generated by young Australians who attend the annual Heywire Regional Youth Summit.

Australian communities are being hit harder by natural disasters more often. It takes many hands to get communities back up and running after a disaster and to build resilience for the next one. That’s why the NAB Foundation Community Grants program provides funding of up to $25,000 for local projects that help communities withstand and recover from natural disasters.
Applications will close on 30 April 2024, with funding awarded in June. |

This grant round aims to fund initiatives that demonstrate innovative use of technology through education and learning that aim to measurably improve the well-being of the Victorian community and environment. Individuals, educational institutes, government, business, not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises can apply for grants of up to $50,000.

Smaller not-for-profits with an exciting project idea that will benefit WA are invited to submit an application for a catalytic $100,000 grant. The Impact100 collaborative giving model brings together at least 100 givers who pool their individual $1000 donations into transformational grants whose recipients are collectively chosen. Applicant organisations and their projects are reviewed by the more than 200 donors, enabling greater understanding of the issues, the solutions and the solution providers. It also means that more people are engaged in philanthropy and can feel part of making a significant positive difference.
