The Paul Ramsay Foundation announced its new partnership with Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA) earlier this week. The foundation is providing $2.5 million in grant funding and $2.5 million in impact investment to support ASA in its national scaling plans. ASA is a swiftly growing social enterprise and spatial and data analytics company that is committed to creating inclusive and safe workplaces for neurodivergent people. |

Key findings from the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute’s annual social cohesion report, released this week, show that people’s overall social cohesion has fallen and is at its lowest level since the study began in 2007, amid concerns around cost-of-living pressures and the impact of global conflicts. But the report’s lead author says there that while Australia is at a crucial junction, there are positives to build on, particularly that people indicate a strong connection to their local communities.

Thanks to the generosity of its clients, Perpetual distributes around $120 million annually from the charitable trusts and endowments they manage. Many of these trusts and endowments are created with specific directions around the charities that will benefit. Applications for 2024 funding are now open and close on Friday 8 December 2023.

Each year, the Centre for Social Impact awards various scholarships to students studying their social impact courses at one of the four collaborating universities, The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Swinburne University of Technology, The University of Western Australia (UWA) and for the first time, Flinders University.
