Reframing Overheads: not-for-profit member gathering
The increasing industry support for the Pay What It Takes (PWIT) and Reframe Overhead movements is poised to challenge outdated funding practices. This shift towards more honest and transparent relationships between non-profits and funders is long overdue. It’s set to foster a deeper understanding, appreciation, and support for the true costs necessary to effectively serve our communities and those we assist.
During this session, we will hear from Jo Taylor, CEO, Siddle Family Foundation and Executive Chair of the Pay What It Takes (PWIT) Coalition; Lisa Allan, Founder and Chair of the Pay What It Takes (PWIT) Charity Consortium, Member of the PWIT Coalition Working Group, and Executive team member (Head of Fundraising) for The Smith Family; and Denise Cheng, Member of the PWIT Coalition Working Group and the National Manager of Active Philanthropy at Equity Trustees.
You will walk away with a thorough overview of the PWIT movement, the research and recommendations behind Reframe Overhead, as well a dive into the new PWIT tools and guides to support both funders and nonprofits on this important journey.
Achieving success requires each of us to take initiative, drive transformation, and advocate passionately. Together we can put an end to the non-profit starvation cycle and create more effective and sustainable for purpose sector.
