Brisbane South PHN is the local Primary Health Network (PHN) for the Brisbane south region. We work with health professionals and communities to understand our region’s health and wellbeing needs and commission services that directly respond to these needs.
Brisbane South PHN is an independent, not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government. We are a key health system connector, integrator and innovator. We specialise in person-centred, place-based health system reform that delivers real-world results for the people and communities in our region.
Since being founded in 1928, Legacy Brisbane has worked to assist the partners and children of veterans, who gave their lives or health in recognised military service, to fully realise their potential. We care for those in need by providing long-term social, emotional, developmental and financial support to the families of Australia’s veterans believing adversity in service should not lead to financial or social disadvantage. Together, we serve the families that have given so much for us.
Homes for Young People (HYP) is addressing the critical shortage of fit-for-purpose housing for Australia’s most vulnerable children and young people in need of therapeutic residential care. By providing stable and suitable properties to leading service providers, HYP is enabling young people to feel safe, nurtured and empowered to reach their full potential.

Farm Angels provides vital support to Australian farmers facing natural disasters, including mental health assistance, financial relief, and community engagement.
Tactiv are the developers of Enquire, a cloud-based, full lifecycle program management software, supporting organisations with a variety of use cases including, grant management, impact reporting, international development, disaster relief management, and more; reducing the administrative burden of doing good, while increasing social outcomes.
We deliver real-world impact in the most pressing healthcare areas, improving survival and quality of life through our patient focused research.
The Lady Musgrave Trust is Queensland’s oldest charity and provides practical solutions that transform lives and transition young Queensland women, and their children, who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness to a life of opportunity and prosperity.
The BUSY School caters for identified disengaged, disadvantaged and high needs students providing Year 11 and 12 students with a safe holistic caring environment to re-engage with education and complete senior school, while getting a head-start in employment.
Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section)
The Royal Flying Doctor Service in Queensland provides excellence in, and access to, primary health care and aeromedical services across the state. This emergency retrieval service operates 24 hours a day, and the RFDS also delivers a broad range of essential primary and preventative healthcare services, including telehealth, mental health, oral health and health promotion.
Everything Suarve Inc. (E-S) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth. Our evidence-based programs are specifically designed around early intervention for young people aged 16-24, intervening at a critical stage when they find themselves at a crossroads in life.
