A new cultural representation report, entitled From Colour Blind to Race Conscious: A Roadmap to Action Diversity and Inclusion in Australian Philanthropy, indicates that the philanthropic sector can play a leading role in addressing issues of race, equity and inclusion. The research examines the extent of cultural diversity in the sector and the flow-on impact for the partners and communities with which it works.
