Gandel Family farewells CEO Vedran Drakulić OAM

Gandel family foundation’s long-term Chief Executive Officer, Vedran Drakulić OAM is stepping down after more than 12 years at the helm.

In his time with Gandel Foundation, Vedran helped professionalise and grow the organisation and steered it to become one of the leading philanthropic entities in Australia.

He built strong relationships within the philanthropic and not-for-profit sectors and assisted the Gandel family’s giving by guiding it towards some of the most innovative and transformational projects and initiatives.

John and Pauline Gandel and the Board of Gandel Foundation would like to thank Vedran for his long-standing and significant contribution not only to the family’s charitable activities but also to the broader philanthropic sector as well, and we all wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.

Vedran will remain with Gandel Foundation until early October 2024. The Foundation’s Board will commence a recruitment process shortly to appoint the next CEO.
