Kenneth Myer Innovation Fellowships
The Kenneth Myer Innovation Fellowships aim to support breakthrough solutions to Australia’s most pressing social and environmental challenges and bring new talent to the social sector.
Fellows are offered the unique opportunity to take 12 months away from their current role to pursue big ideas that have the potential to achieve positive outcomes in the program themes of:
- poverty and disadvantage
- sustainability and environment
- human, civil and legal rights.
The Kenneth Myer Innovation Fellowships provide recipients with time and support needed to develop their groundbreaking idea into a sustainable plan for action. Fellows will each receive $120,000 for their 12-month commitment to the program and an additional $30,000 will be available to each fellow for approved expenses.

Churchill Fellowships
International
The Churchill Trust was established in 1965 to honour the memory of Sir Winston Churchill by awarding overseas research fellowships known as Churchill Fellowships.
Churchill Fellowships offer a diverse range of people from all walks of life an opportunity to travel overseas for 4 to 8 weeks to explore a topic or issue that they are passionate about. We encourage applications from all sectors of the community and in any field or topic of interest.
No prescribed qualifications are required in order to apply for a Churchill Fellowship, and the topic of your proposed project is limitless, provided a willingness to share your findings with the Australian community is evident.
Applicants are empowered to design their own projects to explore international best practice and innovation that can be applied in Australia.
