    As a Philanthropy Service Manager, the role is focused on working with the Community and Social Investments team to deliver exceptional client service to existing and potential philanthropy and not-for-profit clients.

Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional client service to a book of philanthropic clients (VIC, WA and SA based)
  • Design and support strategy and identify opportunities to increase philanthropic and not-for-profit client base
  • Actively contribute to and promote the IMPACT philanthropy Application Program, both internally and externally

  • Support philanthropists in the creation and execution of their granting strategies
  • Build internal and external networks of advisers and alliance partners to promote philanthropy referral pathways
  • Build relationships and brand within the not-for-profit sector, promote the IMPACT Philanthropy Application Program and understand key trends of sector
  • Development of new business proposals and involvement in new business pitch presentations

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

  • Relevant tertiary or other industry qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client facing or relationship management role
  • Experience working in and/or with not-for-profit or philanthropic organisations
  • A proven ability in relationship management
