About the role
FRRR is seeking a dynamic individual to drive the organisation-wide adoption and implementation of our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework. This is your chance to be at the forefront of measuring grant outcomes and impacts, making a tangible difference in remote, rural and regional communities.
As the driver of FRRR’s Insights program, you’ll be at the helm of a diverse range of initiatives, including crafting evidence-driven policy submissions; creating compelling briefing materials for our Executive team; preparing insightful thematic reports and studies; delivering donor-facing reports and submissions; and leading engaging thought-leadership webinars and forums.
In this key cross-cutting role in our organisation, you’ll provide invaluable internal guidance on program-level evaluations, collaborating closely with our grants and information management teams to ensure that FRRR’s data collection and management practices are not just fit-for-purpose but aligned with our core principles, values and overarching strategy.
Additionally, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our external communications team to effectively communicate impact stories and share our successes with the world.
