The Organisation
COORDINARE is the Primary Health Network (PHN) for South Eastern NSW, supporting primary care in the region to be person-centred, accessible, equitable, safe and high quality, comprehensive, population orientated and coordinated across all parts of the health system.

The Role
As part of a significant and strategic innovation plan, COORDINARE has created this position to support senior leadership in securing diverse fundraising and income streams to deliver pioneering care models across the region. This role will implement engagement strategies and coordinate campaigns to attract philanthropic and grant funding.
  
This role will also:

  • Research and build a pipeline of potential investors and grant opportunities
  • Coordinate processes and systems for assessing and prioritising funding proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling collateral for investment proposals
  • Represent COORDINARE at relevant forums and conferences

Skills Required
You have a background in fundraising, development, marketing, communications, sponsorship, or relationship management where you’ve researched and uncovered philanthropic or commercial relationships from the not-for-profit or commercial sectors. You have exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to think strategically and coordinate multiple initiatives.
  
Your experience also includes:

  • Development of sales, marketing, or investment campaigns
  • Influencing, negotiating, and engaging with stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver results
  • Donor/client management
  • Reporting on program outcomes
