The Executive Convenor leads a small team within ARACY responsible for providing strategic advice, facilitation, and support, to the developing partnership between government, philanthropy, and community.

The Investment Dialogue for Australia’s Children is a 10-year collaboration between government and philanthropy to improve the wellbeing of children, young people, and their families, by working with communities to make long-term, intergenerational change. ARACY provides the Strategic Convenor function for the Investment Dialogue.
The Executive Convenor leads a small team within ARACY responsible for providing strategic advice, facilitation, and support, to the developing partnership between government, philanthropy, and community. This role is expansive and strategic in outlook, being responsible for convening and brokering across the Investment Dialogue for Australia’s Children community and the full child wellbeing ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, a systemic outlook to achieving change, and a broad range of experience with and across sectors in the child wellbeing ecosystem. The Convenor has both a critical role in leading the Convening team as well as directly delivering elements of the initiative.
