Board Nomination Forms 2025

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for nomination, candidates must:

• Be a Member or a representative of a Member*;
• Not be disqualified under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth);
• Align with the Board’s skills, experience, and diversity criteria.

*Active, Engaged, Impact, and New Gen members have full voting rights and can be elected. Please refer to our Membership Policy.

How to Nominate

To submit a nomination, candidates must:

1. Complete the Board-approved nomination form here.
2. Provide a 300-word statement outlining their profile, reasons for standing, and how they align with the Board’s needs, with reference to the skills matrix.
3. Submit nominations by 5:00 PM on 1 April 2025 to Gavin Ryan, Director – OGL Group, at [email protected].

* For the purposes of Board elections, a Member is considered a person or organisation from Active, Engaged, Impact and New Gen membership levels. Please see our Membership policy.
