Pre-Budget submission 2022-23

Philanthropy Australia proposes 4 initiatives to double philanthropic giving by 2030:

1. Work in partnership to develop A National Action Plan to Double Giving to Australian Charities by 2030.

2. Cut the red tape that prevents community foundations from investing in many charitable activities and receiving distributions from private ancillary funds.

3. Cut the red tape that prevents private ancillary funds from distributing to public ancillary funds.

4. Cut the red tape that prevents Australians from making a bequest to charity through their superannuation.
