Ingrid recently joined Philanthropy Australia bringing over 16 years of HR Management and Consultancy experience from varying industries in both the For Profit and Not For Profit sectors, working in a generalist capacity across all facets of the people function. As a values-based HR practitioner, she prioritises working with ethically responsible and sustainability-oriented organisations whose efforts make the world a better place for all. Accordingly, Ingrid’s practice prioritises investment in employee wellbeing and mental health to achieve sustainable success, creating workplaces where humans can flourish, that are inclusive, equitable and supportive. This, and working with leaders who can show calmness, kindness, compassion, and vulnerability whilst creating purpose, energy, inclusiveness, and direction is essential to her practice.
Prior to Philanthropy Australia, Ingrid worked in senior HR management roles for not-for-profits in the Alcohol & Drugs Rehabilitation, Environmental Consultancy and Disability Services sectors.
Ingrid has a BA(Hons) Languages & Applied Linguistics, a Master of Human Resource Management, and is embarking on a Graduate Certificate Social Impact in 2025.
