Kristen joined Minderoo Foundation and Tattarang in 2019 where she was Head of Business Transformation before moving into the Foundation in 2021 as Head of Partnerships. In this role Kristen works alongside Minderoo’s leaders to deliver the Foundation’s vision for partnerships and collaboration.

Kristen is a passionate changemaker, focused on strengthening Minderoo’s mission and impact by forging and supporting strong alliances across sectors. Effective partnerships and collaborations, designed to leverage experience, establish evidence and influence systems, enable Minderoo to accelerate progress towards a fairer future.

Prior to joining the philanthropic sector Kristen spent 14 years working in financial and professional services, most recently as a Director in Deloitte’s Australian Consulting practice. During her seven years with Deloitte, she worked with global organisations to translate strategy into action, optimise operations, build organisational capability, design and embed enabling systems and simplify processes.

Kristen was born and raised in the United States. She graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology and holds a Masters of ER/HR from The University of Western Australia. Kristen travelled extensively before settling permanently in Perth, Western Australia in 2002.
